My name is Anya – owner and operator of Aradia Fitness Regina. After taking my first class in 2008 I was hooked. A few months later in 2009, I had the fantastic opportunity to become an instructor. I am also a certified Group Fitness instructor.
When not at the studio I love to spend time with my husband and fur-babies.

Mandy will be rocking your classes, at Aradia Fitness Regina.
She’s a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, Perinatal Fitness Instructor, mother of 4 children, and she has completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology.
Aysia (pronounced just like the continent – “Asia”) has joined our team at Aradia Fitness after taking pole classes here for several years! Bringing with her over 15 years of dance experience – ranging from jazz and classical ballet, to acrobatics and belly dance – she has a lyrical and flowing approach to pole dance.
Aysia started taking pole classes because she couldn’t find acrobatics type classes geared towards adults, and she continues to take classes because there is nothing else remotely close to the feeling of flying in pole. Some of her favorite moves include spins with lots of momentum, moves ending in back arches, and anything involving the splits! If you take a class from Aysia, you should be prepared to point your toes and extend your arms, legs, and entire body.
Kyla joined Aradia in 2012 and was immediately hooked on pole fitness. She began teaching in 2016 and can confidently say that teaching is her favorite part of her busy schedule. Kyla obtained her group fitness certification and enjoys developing fitness programs for individuals of every age and ability.
She currently holds a BA and is working towards her MSc in Kinesiology. Her pole style includes drops, tricks, and power moves, preferably to classic rock music. She loves to take pole workshops that challenge her skills, but enjoys the fun atmosphere of flip n lap/ twerk-shops.
Kyla’s other favorite forms of fitness include weight training, snowboarding, and mud races. To relax, Kyla will pack her things and retreat to her family cabin with her fiancé and boston terrier.
